I always enjoy the food at the cheesecake factory, but wait times are often over an hour. I love the variety of cheesecake and always get something different. I love the pastas too. We usually come here when friends from out of town come to visit. Fun atmosphere when you want "more than Olive garden."

I just visited this place once. And the food is tasty here. I love this place. The cheese cake is very tasty and yummy. The environment is calm and friendly. You have to wait a while till they serve you. They don't take orders on Saturday. No reservations are made here. You have to go and get your food. With more than 250 menu items and more than 50 signature cheesecakes and desserts, there is truly “Something for everyone” at The Cheesecake Factory. Desert Salad Cheese cakes Pasta Kids menu And many other options available I like this place.

We went in on Saturday for a nice meal. I was even willing to wait the 60-70 minutes JUST to be seated. We got a buzzer and when ours went off we went back and they had us wait some more for someone to seat us. Well as we stood there we watched for about 20 min as i was looking at the time on my phone as people were coming in and being seated right away. Multiple of the workers saw us just standing there and didn't do anything including the guy who had taken my buzzer i had to go up to the desk 3 DIFFERENT times and say i had been waiting for 20 min to be seated and watching people come in with theirs and be seated right away. On top of that, we waited for another 30 min for our food and it was COLD. Horrible service, the employees disregarded my request multiple times. For the prices they charge, you would think they would train their employees a little better to be more aware??? Worst $80 i ever spent.

The Cheesecake Factory is great. Whether you’ve been to one in another state or to this one, don’t be fooled by the name! This place has a huge menu, and no, it isn’t all Cheesecake! They offer about everything as well as vegan options and gluten free options. Service is great and there buildings are always so fancy and nice inside you can go casual or dress up. It is a nice mix for whatever you are in the mood for. They also have every option for Cheesecake nearly, so make sure you save some room for dessert! The best part, of course!

We made a reservation for my sisters birthday for 8 pm. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated within 10 minutes. Our server gave us his recommendations. Our server was fantastic, filling up our bread a couple times and always making sure we were happy and if he could do anything else for us. They were out of a few dishes that we wanted that were out of stock, however we were all pleased with our food. Good experience, I still think the price is a little to high, however, the food sizes are quite large.
