I’ve had both the wings and burgers here and I can say the burgers are VERY good. The wings were doused in grease though to the point that it pooled at the bottom of my basket. Still pretty good but I recommend just sticking with a burger. I love their burger with the fried egg and cheese.

My wife and it went to this place around closing time and I must say the hamburgers were good. The taste was good the fries were good and everything was up to my satisfaction. Then I finished eating and a little after that I started feeling sick then my wife a few hours later. We got food poisoning.... sad. I hate going to restaurants around closing time because they are always cutting corners to keep food in safe temperature.

The vegetarian black bean burger was very tasty, so were the sweet potato fries. The burger paired nicely with the guacamole and pico. The fried pickles are also delicious. Not a huge fan of the fries, they're the potato wedges style and I prefer skinny fries, but different strokes for different folks!! I'd definitely go again.

Great spot for burgers right in the heart of the city. We visited with our four children and everyone loved their dinner and loved the ambiance of being able to watch the grill while waiting for your dinner. Definitely will come again!

Rich's is such a treat. It's hard to go wrong with any of the huge array of burgers, and the staff is always above and beyond friendly and service-oriented. I just had a mac 'n' cheese burger with pickle fries, and it was one of the best meals I've eaten since I can remember, so I had to write a review. The mac 'n' cheese burger is really something special. By definition, a griddled patty of mac 'n' cheese on top of a burger should be gilding the lily, but Rich's does it right. It's not nearly as heavy or greasy as it could be. Everything is so fresh and flavorful (especially with the chipotle mayo)! The pickle fries are a new venture, and Rich said he spent a good amount of time finding the right coating to make sure that they weren't greasy. I believe it! They were so crisp and not at all soggy; a tall order for a pickle. The price is a little high for an average day's lunch for me, but I'm happy to pay it on occasion. You definitely get what you pay for!
