They offer room service for the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel were i was staying for a work trip, the room service and food is hit and miss. My car had been broken into so I was waiting for police to come make a report Thursday night and my blood sugars started to drop. I called to order chicken strips and the gentleman sounded very annoyed he said they were closed when i asked him why the front desk and website said they closed at 10 he hung up on me. Called in Friday morning for breakfast it came in about 30 min warm and tasted good. Called in Saturday for breakfast around 830 and was told "if" they can get to me it would be more than an hour to get the food ended up not ordering... called in that same night for dinner and they had the phone off the hook so you got a busy tone, I tried for 45 min while winding down from the day finally I called the front desk and they transferred me again they explained how busy they were but would get to me as soon as they could I was exhausted so more than happy to wait this time so I ordered chicken penne the noodles/sauce/broccoli were good the chicken was not! Not seasoned at all and slightly under cooked.

Sign at the door said "wait to be seated". I waited...no employees in sight! I would rate the food, but I never got seated...so..Johnny Rockets greeted me right away and got a great review.

Food is decent. Hospitality depends on the waitress you get. It's a restaurant close to the Family History Library.

I was sick here for buffet breakfast. Food was ok, it is eatable but not great. Like in all cheap places to much oil or butter used. The worst thing about the place is it is dark. But it's location is convenient and prices low.
