I’ve only had great experiences here. The servers are always timely and the cooks do a great job. There is never a terrible wait the many times I have come here. They have a nice lounge area with seating for plenty and drinks for more. Payment is always easy using card at any Chili’s restaurant. The table top machine adds ease to you enjoyable meal. Paying with cash is always a breeze as well. Our server this most recent experience was eager to inform us of their margaritas. He gave great attention to detail and made sure our meal came out as perfect as possible. The cooks here do an absolute fantastic job of giving me exactly what I ordered. The flavor is always amazing for a chain restaurant. Lastly, this Chili’s is always CLEAN!

Had a great visit the night before a Utes gymnastics meet. The only issue is, you always have to wait for a seat. I’ve never been sat directly. Yet there are open tables. I’m no expert, but maybe they need to hire more staff to help accommodate the busier times of day. Food and drinks were great. Service was also up to par. Will return.

Horrible food. My wife and I ordered steak. Both medium. The both came back raw. Like still purple in the middle kinda raw. When we showed the lovely waitress, really she was very kind, she even said wow those aren't medium. She then grabbed one appetizer plate and had us slide our raw slabs of steak onto it. Including the chunks we had cut off. I expected a new fresh steak cooked to order. Nope. Same steak put back on the fire until it was burnt. Including the extra pieces we originally cut off. Classy. I let the waitress know the burnt rubber.....I mean steaks were not edible and she went to talk to her manager. She came back told us she wouldn't be charging us followed closely by her "manager who literally just said " Yeah, sorry." **Same lady was bitching to a male employee when we walked in about a large group that didn't tip to her liking.** I left a tip for the waitress, she was very nice, then we left. I doubt we will be back.

Unbelievable how unprofessional the manager was , me and my son walked into the bathroom and water all over the floor. My son being a kid ran into the bathroom and slipped and fell and smacked his head on the bathroom floor . I brought this to the manager attention that the floor was wet and there wasn’t a sign telling people there was a wet floor and instead of just simply apologizing and giving good customer service the manager was very rude did not once even apologize horrible customer service

I came here with my wife for dinner. We loved the food and we had a great server who was attentive and awesome! We will be back to eat here when I’m in town again.
