As soon as we walked through the double doors, we were greeted with a pleasant smile and were seated right away. The server was very sweet and attentive to specifics of our orders of choice. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would most definitely recommend going there to eat and enjoy some time away from the cell phone. 2 thumbs way up!

Had a issue with our take out order. It wasn't quality or taste of food, rather something that could have been avoided. We called back to the Chilies, and spole to the manager. He was extremely professional and overwhelming understanding. He offered us some resolution choices that were more then reasonable. I usually don't post customer service related issues as I like to stick with the food, however, the manager I spoke with truly handled the situation like a pro. Next time we are in town we will be in to enjoy your food in person.

My wife was cut pretty bad under her leg by a nail that came up through the booth seat. Ripped her pants and was bleeding. We asked the waitress for bandages and let her know about the nail. She took our order down and brought a napkin with our food when it was done and never came back to see how my wife was or brought a manager or anything. The food looked good but couldn't enjoy it because the pain my wife felt and how inconsiderate the employee was. After 10 minutes of getting our food we just got a to go box. We didn't feel valued. Don't get me wrong, the food did look good. We just couldn't enjoy it from what happened.

The food is as expected a 3/5 but the service was amazing! Lyn that works at the 5600S location is the best. Extremely quick and friendly my wife and I will definitely come back because of her .hopefully she sees this or gets the recognition she deserves.

I came in late for a quick bite. I was greeted with a smile by my bartender Josh. I was very happy with my service, food and beverage. Will definitely be back, thank you...
