I live in salt lake and even though the sugar house location is closer, I drive to the west valley one. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The wings are perfectly fried and perfectly sauced every time. Tonight was very different than my usual visits however. Tonight’s waitress was Debora. Right off I could tell she was going to make my night. I don’t know what it was about her but she just seemed like she had some fire in her. She was just so cheerful and full of life. She made the evening magical. Strange but true, I have never experienced a dining experience like this ever. From now on I plan to call ahead to make sure she is working. Otherwise I’ll just do takeout. :)

The food here is great! There's a wide variety of sauces for your wings. The onions rings with southwestern ranch are a must have. The staff is also very friendly and attentive at this location. I'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I tend to always seem to go to sports bars. And this is definitely one of our favorites. Especially the one here in West Valley. we always seem to get some of the happiest perkiest waiters or waitresses. Last time we had a lady from New York we loved her great food great Ambiance love baseball great place to go!

You guys really need to get it together. We loved the fort union location and have given you many times to redeem and be a little more up to pair. You have failed over and over again. Orders are never correct regardless of how they are placed. We've dined in, called in orders for pick up, grub hub and door dash. Food is old, hard, cold, dry. There is always something missing or incorrect such as boneless wings ordered but we receive bone in. Raw burgers on several occasions. I am honestly not sure how the health department hasn't fined or shut this location down. Don't eat here... Nasty

It has now been three times that I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings where I have had to deal with very long wait times not only to sit but just to be served. The most recent time I visited me and my daughter waited 45 minutes before anyone even asked us if we've been helped. The food is great as always but this certain location really needs to work on their service skills and professionalism as well as cleanliness there were several dirty tables that weren't being cleaned in a timely manner.
