every time i go they get my order messed up... its not worth the aggravation to go there.. maybe if half the employees wasn't on meth they could remember what the customer ordered..

The cashier was 100% on point, handled a busy counter by herself and I didn't have to repeat ANYTHING to her. Her name was Chelsey. I know because she displayed her nametag correctly. She was the star of this visit to a location where I generally have a bad time. The food was out and delicious in a reasonable amount of time considering the drive thru traffic. The only negative part was a serious one. The floor was very wet in many primary customer areas. There were signs up, but I'm on a cane using an ankle brace to walk due to an illness and the signs don't help me get to my seat safely. There should be someone dry-mopping the lobby periodically. I was there for about half an hour and saw many employees performing ancillary tasks, but nobody was in the lobby. I overheard elderly customers discussing the slippery floor too. I was about to bring it to a manager's attention, but before I could, I saw one walk through the restaurant. She is aware, still nobody taking care of the lobby. Russ must put a lot of money aside for lawsuits.

Good shakes, convenient location, usually crowded, typical fast food , exactly what you would expect.

Busy most of the time. Quite decent as McDonalds go. And yes this location has the outdoor play area for the little ones.
