First time at Chipotle, not sure what all the hype is about. Limited menu, felt like a cafeteria. Not much menu explanation, I had to ask a lot of questions. I felt rushed while others behind me knew exactly what they wanted. I found the food to be somewhat bland and dry, I had to add sour cream for some moisture and flavor. I am not a bean fan so I didn't get any. The meats were all on the over cooked and dry side looking at them. I tried the chicken and it was dried and overcooked, like eating seasoned cardboard. The rice was ok, slightly overcooked. I asked for salt and pepper, the cashier said it was over with the condiments. There was none, I went back to her and told her but she didn't know what to do! I gave up. I ate half my bowl. I also thought the food was somewhat expensive, almost ten dollars for a bowl of rice, chicken, some veggies, and a small drink. Sorry, I am not a Chipotle fan although I love Mexican food. I left very disappointed.

It was very nice. There was a ton of college students but the workers were nice and the food was amazing. It was pretty loud though.

Very nice establishment. Clean and orderly. Food was fantastic.

Not the best service as they are mostly composed of students who don't care about their jobs. They try to go way too fast down with adding ingredients even when you're the only one in line. Would like them to be more personable. Also don't go right before they close because they will not make more ingredients just give the remaining scraps. Only reason it's two stars is because Chipotle 10 times out of ten tastes great.
