Happy hour ends at 5PM - I ordered my Small shake at 4:57PM. The girl tells me $1.50 when I make my order. When I get to the window she says $1.09 and hands me a snack size. I said this is the wrong size and she says, "oh our happy hour sizes went down after our company got bought out." What buy out?!? This happened after I had to explain to her from the speaker "It's not 5 yet - happy hour is still going" and she said no its over, it's 5pm. I said it's 4:57.... she replies, "It is happy hour." I will not be returning.

The restaurant was at least 80 degrees. I asked if the air was broken because it was too hot to eat inside. Cashier said it is never cool in the restaurant so we decide to eat in the car. Asked for onion petals at 1 pm, they were out after the were ordered. Wanted potato pancakes, got curley fries in the bag. Didn't get receipt. Sounds like little things but all of them together, in 90 degree weather, add up. At least the orange shakes were good!

Go to literally any other Arby's. This place has no care put into their food whatsoever and it really shows when they mess up putting roast beef on a bun. It's terrible. Reheated food is a common thing here.

The best place to go after 2 for a cheap lunch. The food is always good when ever and what ever you order. The manager has been there forever and she will always make things right if anything goes wrong.
