Service was very slow considering the place was nearly empty upon arriving. The cashier seemed very overwhelmed, which again it wasn't busy at all, so not sure why he was having hard time. My kids and I waited almost 20 minutes for food. They wouldn't give us the code for restroom so we could wash our hands, so the cashier had to leave the register to go unlock the door for us, yet had no problem giving it to the lady behind us. Food was okay, restaurant was clean, parking was convenient.

Not good. All DQs are NOT created equal! The "4 piece chicken tender dinner" had 4 nugget size pieces of chicken and fries that seemed old. There are not enough workers and the wait was much too long.

Worst cheeseburger I’ve had in my life, bun was hard, not even enjoyable. On top of that the employees seem to be high schoolers who have some attitude. Wouldn’t recommend it or even stop by again!

Waited in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes for 2 blizzards and a small fry. Not so bad. One was made wrong so I went back to have it remade and it was still wrong so I asked for a refund. They made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience ever and just glared at me like I was the person in the wrong. Definitely need to work on their customer service. They all look so miserable and act like they're being forced to be there.

THE slowest DQ drive thru I have ever been to. We sat at the window for over 20 minutes AFTER my payment was taken. Our order only consisted of 2 combos and 1 additional blizzard. I will never eat here again.
