Just walking into the place it smells terrible which says a lot about a place. I would rather pay extra to have it delivered from Uber eats or something than going in and having to smell that disgusting stench of feet or whatever they got going on. The burgers are as good as any Red Robin , but the service is simply awful! I personally don’t like writing bad reviews unless it really warrants one. The staff is not friendly at all and don’t really care for customers. I had ordered online and was there on time to pick up and still had to wait almost 15 minutes before they got my order. The manager was pretty friendly which is ironic considering the waitress who was attending me didn’t seem to care at all that I had to go cause I was on the clock. If you can go to another Red Robin, id recommend it. I love the chain but this one needs major improvements. It’s sad really considering Bellevue square is so nice.

Met a buddy of mine for drinks tonight and I can honestly say that, thanks to our bartender Victoria, it was hands down the best service and overall experience I have ever had at a Red Robin. So, this review is all about her. She had a great attitude, she was funny and sarcastic which made for great banter with myself, my friend Spencer and the other guy met, Adam. She really made the entire night a lot of fun just because of who she was. So, she deserves 5 Stars!!!!

The entire place is filthy, filthy, filthy. The restrooms gross and with no soap to wash your hands :/ The table we were assigned was sticky and there was lots of trash and fries under it. The hostess was very rude, with no costumer service skills whatsoever. No name tag either. The server was only there to take the order and never saw him again. We finish our meal which was below average, and we paid through the kiosk. We left and nobody to even say thank you for your business, or come again. No manager on sight either. This is a very very very horrible Red Robbins. I'm surprised because of its location I was expecting at least an average experience.

We had a larger party of 13. Was told we would be seated right away. 45 mins later after checking in multiple times while waiting, the manager came over and was extremely rude. We left and decided to go to the cheesecake factory. Do not go to this red Robin. Unless you want to be treated bad.

The burgers are wonderful as are the onion rings and the milkshakes. The waitresses and the staff here are super friendly I've never been to a red robin where they were not. Not super expensive either and really good deals on certain foods. The only real downside to this place is the wait on weekend nights which can be up to about 35 mins but other than that it is always a good experience here.
