We were seeking a reasonably priced restaurant that offered a variety of tapas style, small plates that can be shared for the variety. My husband and I prefer this kind of appetizer meal for the variety pick, choose and share rather than two large portioned mains. We were impressed by the happy hour selection and loved the truffle fries, caramelized Brussels and cauliflower appetizers. The calamari was nice too and so was the pasta main we did share.

This restaurant is one of the best, if not THE best in downtown Bellevue. Their food is always delicious - my husband and I have tried the happy hour, dinner and weekend brunch menus. In terms of brunch they have the hands down best Eggs Benedict in Bellevue and there are too many delectable dinner entrees to name. The service is always pleasant and attentive without being overbearing, and they never rush you despite how busy it may get. The location is close to everything downtown, so whether we’re getting dinner before a movie or meeting for a drink, it’s the best place to be. We love the Palomino and can’t wait to go there again soon!

Most delicious cream of mushroom soup. Charred kale salad very interesting. Flavor of golden raisins was a nice surprise. Surroundings need a little updating.

My husband and I went on Easter Sunday for Lunch. From the beginning the Hostess asked me how many in my party and if i had a reservation. I told her no and she told me to wait that she will take a look around to see what she had open. She comes back and asked a different party that was waiting to be seated how many and if they have a reservation. She continues to quickly gather menus for them. I walked over and said that I was here before them and I wanted to know if I was going to be seated anytime soon. She was very annoyed that I interrupted her with the other party. How rude of her to not acknowledge that I was still waiting to be seated. Our server was nice and friendly, but she was really slow. No water refills, and refills on the beverages. The amount of food they gave is less than expected. The food was Okay. I will not be going back to that restaurant. Our server came back maybe 2 times to check up on us and the manager had to bring us the bill.

We were picking between cheesecake and palomino and decided to go to the palomino since we haven't been there before. And wish we would never make that decision. Food was not tasty and not even salted enough. I can cook a Better spagetti at home then they do over there. Not a single meal was worth the price we paid for it. And on top of that those portions were small. I would compare the food quality to ihop if not worse then that. Only one star and that is for the waiter who really tried to make the visit enjoyable. Otherwise I wouldn't even dare to give even that.
