Love the food! However closing at 8pm when you say you are open till 9 makes me angry. Especially when ive been calling the past hour then finally got fed up and left to just go place my order in person.

I was highly satisfied with the food but also with the service! As my friends and I left the restaurant we had the 3 employees that worked there tell us thank you and to have a good night. As we left the waitress ran out and gave us our fortune cookies we had forgotten. I really appreciated the extra mile they went... I highly recommend this place!!

Better atmosphere and sushi selection than the west Olympia one. However I feel there are better entrees and friendliness at the west side. Depends on what you're going for between the two, but still both are excellent in their own ways.

Your hours are ridiculous. I put in an order with uber eats at 3pm on a Sunday and wanted it delivered by 630pm. 630pm rolls around and no food. I cancel my order and it now says koibito is unavailable. I call and they are closed. Fix yourselves.

As far a places in Olympia and Lacey go, I think this Koibito may have the best authentic sushi. They have the deep fried, American rolls too, but there's other places for that. Staff is friendly too :)
