I love the atmosphere here. Cougar Country really has a throwback vibe to it, and the food is great as well. This is a common stop for my friend group whenever we have a birthday or something else to celebrate. Their variety of ice creams, shakes, and desserts make it a great place to enjoy a late evening hang out. Definitely would recommend to those who enjoy the 50s soda fountain feeling as well as anyone who loves some good fast food.

Great if you're looking to support a local business and take a bite of greasy nostalgia! The fry sauce is yummy and we are a fan of the milkshakes - it's a classic burger, fries, and shake kind of place. Can get busy during specialty weekends (Mom's weekend, etc)

Definitely an old style diner (with old style prices! Well, affordable). Friendly service in the drive through and in person. And lots of varieties of ice cream treats!

I hadn't been to Cougar Country in several months but I was a little disappointed yesterday. It seems as if the hamburger is thinner in the the regular size cheeseburgers. Mostly bun. My granddaughter ordered the chicken basket and there were fewer fries than usual. We asked the server if there were fewer fries than usual. I said, "I've been coming here for 30 years and there used to be more fries in the chicken basket." The server responded with "Well I've worked here for 8 years and it hasn't changed." I still love Cougar Country and I will continue to eat there. Just disappointed that it appears that the portions have changed.

The burgers are INSANELY good. Absolutely hands down the best burger in pullman. The fish is stale, dry and tasteless. The fries are very over salted in my opinion. Though I guess you can just ask for them lightly salted? The fry sauce taste like straight mayonnaise. Come for the burgers or don't come.
