Bought five items (curly fries, nacho burger, jumbo jack, tacos and sausage croissant) this Sunday morning. It was fairly busy. Our cashier (Jose) asked us what we would like, then interrupted me to ask a different customer if they wanted sauce, then interrupted us a second time to announce an order (absurdly loudly). We ordered our items and waited about 10 minutes for our order. When we got our order, I asked about the tacos. They had forgotten to put them in the bag. That was fine, I'm just glad I asked about them. The food was... disappointing. Instead of curly fries, they gave us half curly and half regular fries. One of the tacos had a hair in it; not a loose hair--this hair was fried into the taco shell. The breakfast sandwich only had half a slice of cheese (the other half of the cheese was stuck to the box). The jumbo jack was alright, and the Spicy Nacho burger was amazing. I gave this place two stars because of that nacho burger. Honestly, though, I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box. One good burger is not worth spending $20 on food we didn't receive/food with hair.

One of the best Jacks ive ever been too. The nice friendly cashier helped me find the best way to order, and recommended an awesome sandwich. Great service as my food was personally delivered. Also liked how clean the house and bathrooms were. Very impressed Jack!

I've only been here at night and it's usually pretty slow. It's kinda messy but it's a great place to eat after a night out. The staff tries their best to deal with the drunk crowds and they do an awesome job.

The staff is so nice. I just want to give the employees a solid thank you for always being kind. Even an employee on break in the parking lot genuinely told me to have a wonderful day.
