The service was good but the place/ambiance looked very dated. You walk in from a fancy convention center into this restaurant and it makes you hesitate a bit. However, the food was good, and so was the person doing our order.

Just went there a moment ago and when I walked in she (larger Hispanic woman) ignored me for about five minutes. Didn't even achknowledge my presence by saying "Hi, I'll be with you in just a minute". Then when she finally achknowledge me, she asked what tortilla I wanted, I said foour. Then asked if I wanted sour cream or guacamole, I said both. After that, she immediately went and scooped rice on my burrito before I could tell her I wanted it on the side along with the beans. So when I corrected her mistake she got an attitude with me (I could see it in her facial expression and tone of voice). Near the end when I was about to pay, I gave her my debit card but the immediately after I said "Oh wait I have cash" (cause I was thinking businesses get charged per swipe so I was trying to save them money) and she completely ignored me and swiped it anyway, even though I knew she heard me. Then I had to ask for a receipt and she set on the counter instead of handing it to me.

Delicious, well priced. They had a booster seat for the little one. Know how to add spice when asked!

Always fast friendly service! Good value in the convention center right in the heart of downtown!

Food is excellent, service can't be better. I only give 5 stars but they deserve more!
