Goat cheese salad with beets is my go-to dish. Very yummy, but I've yet to see basil put in it as they have it listed and the arugula is more stem than leaf which makes it hard to eat and messy. Please cut the stems! Wings are spicy and good. Beer cheese soup was a miss. Grainy and the flavor just didn't hit home. Could possibly use more of a cheese taste. It's pricey, that's for sure. But good atmosphere, good beer and overall pretty good food. The price combined with some of the lackluster dishes knocked it down to 3.5 stars for me.

As a long time fan of the Brasserie V, I was looking forward to trying out their latest creation. The place was almost full on a Tuesday night. The food did not disappoint ... the brisket was delicious, as well as the burger my wife had. The sides were interesting; I liked my garbanzo based one. The cheese curds I ordered never arrived. I went up to the register and cancelled them, since we were done eating. The beer selection is awesome like I expected. Service and dining area upkeep were definitely lacking. We sat at a table that had several empty glasses and cans and discarded napkins. It seemed like it had been like that for some time. Nobody ever came to pick up, even after been there discussing beers and food for 10+ minutes. There were no napkins on the utensils bucket, nor there were any knives. Some knives arrived just went we were leaving 2 hours later. I know they will get better since it is a new establishment, so I do plan to return! I hope they iron out those smaller issues.

Love the meats here, particularly the brisket. They have various "sharing boards" for 2 to 5 people. Wonderful selection of beers on tap. Enormous selection of canned & bottled beers. Staff are friendly & helpful. My not giving the fifth star is based strictly on my own fussy preferences. I will explain, & you may mentally add the fifth star. The first time we went here, the place was packed. Lots of happy customers who insisted on conversing with each other. I hate a noisy environment when I'm eating. The second time, the place was not as busy, & it was much quieter. Also, this time we could sit at the long table with stools instead of those stupid long benches. Much more comfortable for me. If you don't share my picky preferences, you'll love this place any time. If you want to go when it's less busy, Google will show you the slower times of day. Also, be aware that this is not a cheap, fast food meal. But it's worth the price if you're willing. My wife & I will be back.

It's unlikely you will find a larger and more diverse beer list. Almost entirely micros, but they do have some staples as well. A beer for anyone. The food is also very good, the barbecue platter was delicious and fed 2 people easily. Cozy atmosphere, the namesake isn't a joke, the tables are long and communal. Good informal date night destination

Outstanding selection of bottled and tap beers. Eclectic selection of sandwiches and entrees with creative side dishes and appetizers. The community long tables make for a fun, social gathering place. A bit noisy, but it adds to the ambience. Enjoy!
