Sooooo bummed out! My family and I have been ordering from toppers for awhile now and seen a steady decrease in quality and customer service. Tonight I ordered a pizza and triple order, it took an hour to get it to us, which we live right up the road, AND it was wrong! DONE DONE DONE

I ordered a couple pizzas for delivery and called after they had missed their delivery deadline by 45 minutes. I was on hold for quite some time and when an employee finally answered I was notified that my pizzas hadn’t even been put in the oven! I also heard a bit of swearing and complaining in the background on my call. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they’ve got a lot of work to do to get it under control. Also we have three small children who I had promised pizza to and were all extremely hungry and visibly upset after waiting quite some time for food. I am very angry and disappointed with my experience here. We will not be doing business with this place ever again.

Last time we ordered pizza, I saw the delivery person pull up. They say in their car and pulled out their phone and started throwing things around their car. Didn't want to interrupt an upset driver. 10 minutes later...they bring my food up to the door. What was so important, that couldn't wait two minutes to deliver our order? Chalked it up to a bad day, we've all been there. Today, got wings for the game. NEVER . AGAIN. Got here quickly, but still managed to be incredibly soggy and tasted like pure vinegar. Won't ever order from a Toppers again. And I'm fat, so that's a lot of lost business.

We honestly prefer the one in West Ave La Crosse it is quicker and the staff are not so unprofessional. We have not gone here in years because the last time we did it took them like 25 minutes to make a basic pizza and the staff were throwing things around and flirting with each other super unprofessional and inappropriate to do in front of customers who can blatantly see you! Yeah will never go back there again.
