The line moved fast for how packed it was. Shout out to the kid at the counter holding the lobby down. Chefs made the food just as fast without loss of quality.

Went in to buy pizza for my girls. 3 people were in front of me 2 waiting and 1 paying. The cashier was and older bad hygiene guy that was always pulling up his pants and was also making the pizza boxes. There was a lady making the pizzas, without gloves, grabbing the dough and cheese with her bare hands. A young lady walked in and he immediately knew it was the person to pick up an order. Without attending the customers and myself he asked the lady making the pizzas if they were ready and the lady replied no. He immediately got nervous and went from attending customers and making boxes to putting his hands into the dough and the lady from making pizzas to making boxes. After seeing and waiting all this I walked out. I wasnt going to feed my children food prepared this way, gross. I been a Waukesha resident for 12 years and the service here is always terrible. The wait time for 1 pizza is 20 min. and supposedly they're "hot n ready".

How do you not have cheese pizzas being actively made during rush hour? Hot and ready? Wasnt even started for 3-5 minutes after I ordered. Used to come here all the time and would've given a 4. Knew I should've paid a few more dollars at Dominos, next time I will. EDIT: Upon seeing an employee who was prepping my pizza on her cell phone I have reassessed down to a 1 star.

I had a big birthday party and ordered 10 pizza's only 4 hours ahead of time. They got them all done before 3pm! The pizza's were delicious and a big hit at my party. Very pleased with my experience. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because little ceasar's is not my favorite pizza place. We just got the pizza's here because they are the cheapest around and they have good pizza. Over all I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency and the quality of pizza they turned out in such a short amount of time. Great job!

We went during a very busy lunch hour. The staff was great, working very hard to get everyone their order as quickly as possible. The whole time they were friendly.
