The place has a nice atmosphere. Not as noisy like the rest of the cafe chain. The food is good. Some unique dish but staple baked pork chop rice is still good. Portion size is pretty good. Rice is big enough to share. Service is good the last few times. This time it was a little hard to find waitress. It seems like they were changing shift or just not moving around the floor

Very pleasant surprise! Quite affordable ( about $15), meal sizes of all dishes ordered were quite impressive. Waitress was very nice and pleasant. Keep in mind that if you use their gift certificates you do not get change or retain a balance. Definitely recommend and will go there again

Good food and consistent. Service can be slow, very slow during peak times. But great that there’s not usually a line up since it’s a big place with lots of tables.

It is one of my boo's favorite restaurant to dine in. He loves their dry noodles. I love the their pork on a sizzling plate though. Service is not bad but there's this one lady who keeps giving us a bad vibe whenever we go there. She doesn't smile and she doesn't sound enthusiastic whenever she takes our order.

Considering it was dead, service was not acceptable. Especially since we are accustomed to the typical and expected poor service; today's was extra bad that we felt compelled to come here and write a review. Without a word, the host slapped the menus down on a table and assumed we would know to follow. Server came before we even took off our jackets let alone opened the menus demanding if we were ready to order. She came back 4 times within 5 minutes, getting angrier each time. Our drinks and first entree came out super fast but the second entree came out 20 minutes after finishing the first entree. We were not checked on as our server went home after taking our orders, without informing us or her replacement. Food was okay, even though it wasn't what we expected as the menu was vague. After begging for the bill, the cook came out to ring us out. He looked at our receipt and was extremely confrontational as to why we didn't tip. When we described why we didn't enjoy the service he was shocked as if he thought the service provided was extraordinary. He was not apologetic at all and got aggressive. Overall, DO NOT SUPPORT if you expect respect.
