I've eaten at over five different Thai Express locations. I've had the same great experience at all of them. I visit the one on Country Hills, and I'm very disappointed. Ordered Drunken Noodle and Thai soup. Drunken Noodle had half the portion as any other location. HALF!!! It wasn't hot, and the beef didn't taste fresh. Anyone who has had Thai Express knows the food is fresh and hot. Unless you eat at Country Hills location. The Thai Soup wasn't hot either, and it lacked ingredients. I was a bit surprised at how little was actually in the soup. The flavor was not as rich as it is at other locations either. I'm really disappointed as this location is close to home and I do enjoy Thai Express food. Hopefully the owners read reviews and make some changes, as it seems my visit wasn't the first with similar complaints.

I love Thai Express. I've been to many, many locations and have never been disappointed, until I came to this one. :( For myself, I ordered the drunken noodles. Portions are half the size of every other location, very few vegetables. The veggies I did get were cold, the meat did not taste fresh, and not a single noodle was longer than an inch in length. Noodles were clumped together with very little sauce. This is just my meal... Not a single customer in the location, but I still had to ask for a rag to clean a table. Needless to say, this location is extremely disappointing. Every other location I've been too in Calgary is 10x better.

Don't have enough staff for volume of customers. Waited half hour for one dish and a co worker waited the same for 1 spring roll... For a restaurant with the word "express" in the title it was definitely the opposite of that. Go to any other location than this one. 🤬

I would never go back again. I have tried many Thai express locations in Calgary and this one is not even close to others in terms of taste and customer service. First time I went I ordered Thai fried rice and it was very saucy, so I did tell them and they grade it again and it was good. Next time I am here I ordered fried rice And this time rice was under cooked. When I told about under cooked rice the lady started telling me that this the second time I am complaining and she want happy I told the rice was under cooked. Yes a customer would complain if you keep screwing it up. So thank you and never again here. Worst customer service.

I visit this location often, food can take a while to be served sometimes when it’s busy, but it’s totally worth the wait cause the food tastes great.
