When did they switch management? My wife and I like you going to this Swiss Chalet. Normally it is a pleasant experience. Something has changed. We went through the drive through and the order taker took our order, after having to explain that we wanted a half chicken dinner and a full rack of rib dinner. We arrived at home and discovered that we had only received 1/2 a rack of ribs. Thankfully that is all we paid for. Upon eating them, they are tougher and drier than the whole wheat bun. Very disappointed with the new management.

Walked into restaurant. Looked for a waiter. Stood at the take out counter. Took a good 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged that I was even there. She quickly gave me a menu and then took a phone call. Then went to the back. I was completely ignored for 15 minutes. I lost my patience and walked out. This place sucks.

So my family ate dinner here tonight. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 pm for dinner. We waited maybe 10 minutes for a table which was pretty good. We were then seated. This is when the waiting started. The waitress an older lady finally walked passed saying she will be with us soon. So after 35 minutes we finally got to order both our food and drinks st the same time. We then waited another 20 minutes for our drink. She couldn’t walk slower. 45 minutes longer we finally received our dinner. My chicken was cold and dry but my fries hot so I was whatever not worth the fight. Both my daughter and I order multigrain rolls and we got white. My husbands food was ice cold, runny, as he ordered a pasta dish and they put raw cold chicken with it. It was horrible. He then complained so 25 minutes later they brought out the food and it was wrong again. A different pasta was brought out. So I was don’t fight it, we will get packs to take it home and fix up the pasta. So we did. They did knock off the meal from the bill but I then went to go pay. The waitress asked how much I was going to give her so I gave her 10% even though I’m a 25-30% tipper normal but 10% is I understand you need the money but you suck donation. She went on to blame the kitchen. So do yourself a favour and don’t waste you money, your time, and go somewhere better for chicken. So
