Employees here are snobby and slower then usual. Also unable to keep operating hours, showed up to order at 945pm and it was closed with “open” sing on. On another occasion arrived at 905pm and was closed also, After 9 pm operating hours are random. Place is unreliable service and operating hours.

This place is great as the staff is very helpful and BLT wraps are the best as I have MS with numb hands and only able to use one hand to hold and eat.

Most subways would let you substitute for salami in the kids combo but they wouldn't here. Also would not just charge for a kid sandwich only, must get the combo which is news to me. No customer bathroom which seems illegal. Not noticeably clean like one reviewer mentioned. They will charge you for anything and everything here if they can. Speed and quality of service was average.

Been to this location on two separate occasions and both times were almost equally as bad. The first time I went in there the veggies and meats looked so bad that part way through them preparing my sandwich I actually faked a phone call and pretended I had to leave immediately canceling the order. I went back a second time months later thinking that they may have just had an off day on my first visit, unfortunately that wasn't the case. This time I was in a rush and needed to get something to eat before I went to work so I ignored the sad looking ingredients behind the glass and let him make my sandwich. The end result was barely edible. Bread tasted like cardboard, bacon tasted like a dirty pig, the tomatoes were runnier than ketchup, and the lettuce was soggy... I threw the sandwich out after a couple bites and vowed to never return to this location.
