We luckily made a reservation, which is a must if you want to eat here during a weekend. Pros: Starters and entree were all good and up to the standard. Nothing to disappoint you. Plus the fusion has been executed elegantly. The highlight was desserts. Cocktails are also a must try. BEST desserts! Con: we made a reservation for 2 for 7:15 pm. We reached the place at 7 pm and requested if we can be seated early. There were a few tables that were empty. But had to wait for 15 min just to get seated to one of those empty tables.

China Chilcano never disappoints. I've been for dinner and lunch, and every time we had excellent service, and great recommendations from our waiters/waitresses. The menu is so unique and fun. I would highly recommend the dancing yucca fries. If you don't have a reservation, you will have to wait, but that is pretty typical in Chinatown.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Staff is very nice and ready to help too. Tasty food. Especially dumplings. And the desserts was so crazy! So weird look but so awesome taste! Definitely should try!

interesting fusion restaurant. Steamed potstickers with chicken were very Asian, and the chicken soup was very delicious and definitely Peruvian. I think it's less that each dish is combined and more that you can eat both cuisines at the same time... anyway the custard dessert was amazing, but not as amazing as the price - $20 for all 3! If you're in Penn quarter go for it!

Can make reservations! Really top service from the front desk to the waiter & table service. Ate here for a weekend lunch with reservations. Was sat promptly. Had toddler and infant and they were able to accommodate stroller at the table and provide a high chair. Dietary/allergy restrictions - provides an allergen menu with highlights of dishes that could be modified. Waiter was very thoughtful and kind about soy/dairy allergy. Shared many dishes - small plate style. Party enjoyed all dishes! Would return!
