Personally, my money goes for Zaxby's because my oldest and youngest sons both love Zaxby's. The oldest can cook but his work doesn't allot the time. So he goes to Zaxby's and the youngest he plays sports so it's Zaxby's. That's all good with me. Hey it's a family affair.

I really do not understand the Zaxby's business model. I live near this location and we have visited many times with not one visit that would fall within the satisfactory range. For many years it used to be that I couldn't get hot french fries with my order even if I requested it when I ordered. Now, even if we go to this restaurant later in the evening around 7 or 8, there are huge groups of people sitting in the restaurant and not eating because they're all waiting 30 minutes or more for their food after they've ordered. We just went again last night and after receiving the food, it was quite good. However, it doesn't make sense that we waited over 30 minutes for some chicken fingers and fries. I know that they have a sign up that says food is made fresh to order, but it does not take 30 minutes to fry some chicken fingers and french fries. I simply do not understand the appeal of Zaxby's. The price of menu items is out of control, considering that they are a fast food restaurant and it cost about $10 per person to eat there. I am quite happy that they are starting to build PDQ restaurants in our area because they are superior to Zaxby's in every single way imaginable and I'm hoping that they build one close to this location soon so that we can more easily access a fast serve but quality chicken restaurant.

Its Zaxbys. They are all pretty consistent. I just always check my food at this location. They have been known to get an order wrong or forget an extra sauce purchase. Love the free substitute onion rings instead of fries.

Very good fast food restaurant. The menu had many choices. The food is delicious and eye appealing. Service is friendly and quick. Plenty of parking.
