McDonald's

I used to love coming to this location through the good and the bad but now it’s just getting worse.The employees are just standing together not doing a damn thing except wondering when they can go on break. You got the cashier guy asking if I want my change back. He simply shouldn’t be working up front. Personally, he should be fired. Plus, no one keep the place tidy anymore as there’s always stuff left on the table around the soda machines. The short manager lady with the glasses is the only person who knows what she’s doing. Please take this advice and never go to this location to get food. They’re just not doing their job anymore!

Placed order at 4:32 (ticket number 42) through the drive thru. Received order at 4:49. I actually called the number on the receipt to see if they forgot about me as I watched every one in the drive thru leave and new ones come and go. The number on the receipt belongs to McDonalds on Beach Blvd..many many miles away. I have gone many times before with excellent service...they usually have very friendly people today must have been an off day. My complaint from this McDonald's on a continuous basis would be they say when you are placing an order is, " is that all/it...after each item. I always begin conversation with hello, good morning, good evening, and in end with thank you and please and most times don't hear anything back. I try to be friendly as possible because the industry is public orientated. I'm in public service and understand how people can be (ER Nurse), but you will always see me polite no matter how my day is going. I'm writing this only as a way for improvement not to get any one specific person in trouble.

Food was ok and service was terrible. The employees were super slow and rude. And they were poorly stocked we had to change several things on our order.

All my food tasted like it was in the fryer for 2 minutes too long, I didn't even get 2 items that I ordered and refuse to refund. Poor management, dude refilled ice while my food sat in the window getting cold. & they want 15$ an hour.

I went and ordered a cone there the other day and they were training a new person which they stand out because they make them wear white shirts. He made me an ice cream town which the ice cream comes out fast as what they said and it came out the side instead of throwing away I just want to put a little bit more on the top and I will take it just like that no that's fine. The lady in front of me and ask him to give her a little bit more on top cuz they have raised the price because there was barely any on it. so because of this the manager name Chrissy came up and started yelling at him and screaming at him in front of all the customers and all the other employees belittling him and verbally abusing him. I felt being a manager myself that that was very very unprofessional she could have just pull them to the side and just told him don't make the cone so big or the machine comes out very fast so just try to get it all on the top or however they do it but her coming up and belittling him and screaming at him and not only him going to McDonald's fairly often so I've watched her yell and scream in front of the lobby full of people and that's really not how you handle things. You can make a list and talk to them after their shift or quietly go up to them or pull them aside you don't yell and scream at your employees and especially in front of customers. I feel that McDonald's should know about that it was just so unprofessional also another time the lobby was very very busy and a lady sat there and waited for over 15 minutes just to get her order taken, and Chrissy the manager is sitting there playing on her cell phone. Which I actually said something to her about it and she told me if I had a problem with it the number to call corporate is on the window. I don't think she understands she works in customer service and her coming up and screaming and yelling at her employees in front of people or being rude and dismissive to customers is a big flaw McDonald's already has a bad rep of how they treat their customers in the first place or the fact of you always have to check your own food before you walk out the door because they messed it up which is happened to me and she just starts screaming at her staff. If you work in customer service you have to learn how to be kind, patient, and also have a good personality! Nobody wants to come into a restaurant and listen to a manager yell ay her employees! Besides that they might mess up or forget your good allot but the one by fouracher makes up for it for this wonderful employee that works in the dining area not sure of her name but I remember I spilled a huge drink a t and not only she stopped me from cleaning up but got me a refill and was so nice and kind about it. And she's like that every time you come in ask me how you're doing I was very friendly with your kids is there something wrong she gets it done and fixes it again I don't remember her name but she's a shorter white older lady with brown hair and glasses and she is so kind and polite they should have more employees like that.
