Slow service. Each time I placed an order the person would tell me hold on and then repeat myself. The mic wasn't muted and could hear the entire conversation they were having. When I placed my order again, I was told to hang on, and could hear laughter from the speaker box. I don't mind people having fun at work but this was causing delay to other customers. On top of that, by the time we came around to the window, two cars ahead were asked to pull up and someone would bring out their order. We waited exactly 11 minutes and 47 seconds before someone approached the window and took my money. 7 minutes later, I was handed a bag of what I hope is a correct order. I usually do not post bad reviews but I am caring for an elderly family member who requested Popeyes for dinner. These delays are unacceptable and it is clear that this location does not follow any process.

Setting was less than desirable. The manager took up 2 booths in this small place. Forcing patrons to sit at tables that were well used and not wiped down. Chicken was hot and good. The staff was very loud yelling at each other from the front into the back. So this place is probably somewhere you should do take out from.

One Sunday evening in December I came through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece meal for my family. When I got home and we started eating, we discovered that most of the pieces were very under cooked and bleeding. I returned the chicken and the manager was apologetic. She gave me a full refund and said she would file an incident report and someone from their parent organization would be in contact. They never contacted us. They're lucky we didn't get seriously sick, we only dealt with gastrointestinal upset that night. Even now though 3 months later I can't bring myself to stomach the thought of eating chicken on the bone, much less anything from Popeye's.

Food was good but cold french fries. Plus they didn't offer any sauce or ketchup in the drive thru.

Food was good but sometimes out of things and sometimes there's a wait
