Believe the other reviews. This location is a serious disappointment, all the way around. Ordered two medium combos and told the attendant that I just needed one medium Coke; didn't need the second drink. This isn't particle physics, advanced trigonometry, or even low-grade calculus. I just don't need the second drink. It would be wasteful, because it wouldn't be consumed. I might as well have introduced the concept of fire to a Neanderthal. "You...no need...second drink?" Why do I have to explain myself? Just give me my two combos and omit the second drink! For the love of all that is good and holy! "Here's your ten step questionnaire about why you might not need that beverage.' Just. Move. On. Get the food home; the sandwiches are decent, but the fries have literally been sitting for hours. Either that, or the incompetent staff have no idea how to cook them even though I'm sure the process has been idiot-proofed for them. Wendy's fries are my favorite fries. That other chain with the initials "MD" can take a lesson or two. This location: pumping out cardboard. I am absolutely sure that not one person cares in this restaurant. Not management, not the supervisors and not the staff. Look at the reviews. Not one person from management or ownership cares to respond! This is literally the worst Wendy's in South Florida. Period. Stay away at all costs. Edit: after further reading of more the reviews I'm going to be calling the Department of Health in the morning. This place needs a thorough once over. I have to imagine their freezers, coolers, grills, soda fountains and general work spaces haven't been cleaned properly in months. The proprietors of this establishment should be ashamed.

Worst Wendy's I've been to. Waited 20min in drive thru. Assumed food be fresh at least. Got home, was given cold fries and burgers. Horrible.

Having to order at a kiosk sucks!!! Prefer a person for questions. Not sanitary either. Need hand sanitizer next to it.

Kinda dirty and soda machines were out in lobby. Glass windows looked like dirt was used to clean. Food was good

I tried and tried with this place and had given up. But i really wanted to try their chicken, bacon. Guacamole salad...the lettuce was so wet, it made my salad mushy. Lessons learned.
