Our reservation was for 7 o’clock and the food and drink were excellent. However, as we were having our tapas we gave our order for dinner to the waiter and then he came back about 10 minutes later and asked to take our order. The reason for this became apparent when our bill arrived. 10 minutes before our bill arrived in their live show started. On our bill, was a five dollar cover charge for each one of us. This was neither advertised or told to us that this would be. Had we had our dinner delivered on time, we would’ve been out before 9 o’clock. We felt this was quite deceitful and unfortunately for him, the waiter’s tip reflected this.

I came here for the first time and ordered the arugula mushroom salad, mushroom soup, and lamb shank...bae had the eggplant cheese roll from the hot tapas and arugula salad. Can I just say how delicious everything was! If you are even thinking to order the lamb shank do not let me repeat do not think twice about it!!!!! It is the best lamb shank you will have ever eaten! SERIOUSLY it’s that good. I didn’t care for the polenta that came with it or the zucchini because it tasted just bland with pasta sauce on it. The mushroom soup was so savory and flavorful. I really enjoyed the oil and cheese sauce they topped it off with and the croutons. Heck even the arugula salad was tasty! As far as the ambience I knocked one star off because the place smelled a little from the carpet and the walls were a little beat up as well. Our server Gustavo was very friendly and helpful in helping us with the menu. We never got water refills but other than that the overall experience was really good especially consider the food was on point. 👍

We went for my mom's B-Day, we were 3 adults and 2 kids. My boys ordered chicken fingers with fries and they charged us $10.99 each, the seafood paella was made with precooked rice and had no flavor, we had to pay $5 each adult because they have a live show, it was entertaining but we were not informed ahead of time. On the plus side the appetizer and tapas were pretty good, but I don't think dinner was worth $170, added to that $15 for the show and 18% tip came already included,we paid $217. Is a nice place and it was crowded, but their prices are extremely hi for the quality of their food.

Took my Mom and family here for Mother's Day today, absolute worst food we have had in a long time... ahhh where do i start... My Mom picked this place, i probably wouldn't have but since it was her day we made reservations. They sat us pretty quick but once we were sat the waiter took about 15 minutes to come over to the table to get our drink orders. Ok fine, is what it is... We noticed the menu's were pre-printed for Mother's Day, not a deal breaker but we were never told there was a set menu, everyone in my party looked at the menu online prior to arriving and knew what they wanted so when we were told we had to order from the special menu only it caught everyone off guard. The items on the special menu did not look that great, and each item was about $30+ (some of the tapas were lower priced). I decided to go with the peppercorn filet. I mean i love a good filet and love "crunchy" peppercorn as the menu described it. My Mom and wife got Sea Bass and my Sister and some others got the "she crab" bisque soup. We had kids with us also and the ONLY thing on the menu for them was chicken tenders and fries but when we originally called to make the reservations we said we had a little girl who wanted pasta (spaghetti plain) and they said that would be no problem, well not the case. The server kindly explained that in his team meeting before the restaurant opened there would be no exceptions, if any guest asked for something and it was not on the special menu they would not get it, and he stuck to that, my little girl was forced to eat french fries, she's not a chicken eater. Finally my filet came out, took about 55 minutes and they were not that busy but whatever, good food can take a while to prepare right? Well i asked for my filet medium, the waiter told me cut into it, i said "this is well done, not medium" and he said he could re cook it for me, i knew that would take forever so i just dont worry about it. I asked him where the "peppercorn" was and he said it was in "the sauce" on the filet. Ok, just a FYI, the filet nor the sauce had any taste of pepper whatsoever, the filet sucked, not only was it WELL DONE it was just "warm", not hot, but warm. My Mother got her fish and it was also very lukewarm, first thing she said was "this fish is cold" and it was! She also said it tasted fishy, which it did, we told the waiter and he got her another order out which was fixed but she sat there with no food for 25 more minutes on Mother's Day. We also got some bowls of soup, the she crab bisque... the bowls were huge, i guess that's a good thing, but the soup, AGAIN was luke warm, and it tasted fishy. Listen, i'll deal with a lot but almost every item we got was luke warm at the most and tasted fishy. The steak came out and was well done and cool! At the end we were presented with a check for almost $300.00. The waiter was a nice guy and i was going to tip him well because the food screw ups were not his fault, but the tip was already baked in so i just paid the whole bill. If i didnt know any better i would say the regular chefs were off for Mother's Day and a couple of teenagers were in the back cooking. I would never go here again, the food was absolutely awful and our family made the best of it but there are many other great places to go and this place is a ZERO. Avoid.

I don’t know why my husband’s name popped up but this is Pat posting. I had some Allstate retiree friends who were looking for a restaurant for us to meet for lunch. There were 8 of us. I suggested Vizcaya because I know it serves the very best Spanish food ( not to be confused with Cuban food!). I have been to Spain thirty times to Visit family and I know good Spanish food. Further the owner, also the chef, Felix happens to be from Bilbao, Spain. We had paella, some had grouper, Merluza, all Served with a nice salad with wonderful dressing. Most ordered crepe Brûlée or flan for dessert. Our waiter Wilson did a magnificent job with service and the food was delicious. I noticed a few trolls stating their dissatisfaction with this Fine dining restaurant. They should probably go to McDonalds or Burger King. At the end of lunch, it was unanimously decided upon meeting at Vizcaya next month! Thank you Felix, for not letting me down! When you are the one choosing the restaurant there is always a little pressure that something may go wrong!
