This place is extremely unprofessional. I waited 20 minutes to be seated when only 3 tables had people at them. When I was being seated another customer was complaining about getting cold food after waiting for 50 minutes. Then when I was at the counter picking up to go food after playing games, a manager was fighting with a waitress at the cash register. They continued to argue as I am standing waiting to get my food that I see sitting on the counter getting cold. I had to interrupt them and say I am waiting for my to go food. They handed me my food and continued to argue with each other. I then had to interrupt again to say I am still needing my shake.

I just went to Johnny rockets and it was a amazing experience because the waiters where nice the place is beautiful and the food is great. You do have to wait for a seat if you want to sit at a both or outside or if there’s no one on the counter then you don’t have to wait you can just sit and ask for a menu. And also there’s video games and a prize both that’s basically like Fun Factory but with food and yes they do serve alcohol.

Been twice (I live all the way on the NS). The environment is great, the staff is cheerful.. Child friendly (Full-Blown Arcade). The food is consistently good and fast.. There are tables inside and outside, there are also counter top/ bar stool type seat looking right into the kitchen.

Came in on a Tuesday at 1115a. Became fully busy at 1130. Inside table area next to the front door is really cramped. They should take out one table to make room. Waitresses were squishing themselves behind and beside me to service others. Burger and fries type of place. Cheaper than teddys but not as gourmet as teddys. If you come here you should be only coming here for your kid or if you want to be a kid and play fun factory type games and tickets. This may be a good place to have a party if you're sick of /or your child is too old for Chuck E Cheese. Same concept as chuck E, just burgers and shakes. There's only one long table area for a Chuck E. Cheese type party. Holds 20-24 chairs. With side booths throughout. It's the kiddie alternative to Dave and busters.
