You can't go wrong with the cheesecake factory. The portions are huge and very reasonable. The quality of the food is also great and the beverages are delicious. The only downfall I ever see at the cheesecake is that it's always very crowded but if it's a great restaurant of course its going to be packed. The menu is one of the biggest menus I've seen in a restaurant they have just about everything and anything. Of course we cant forget the cheesecakes! You can get one for dessert or to go. My two favorite ones is the mango and the banana cheesecake. The staff is always very attentive, nice and happy to be working even thought it gets crazy busy.

They were out of a number of items and didn't tell me that I had to order something else until a few minutes before the entire table received their meals. By the time I got my dinner everyone else was done eating. The bathrooms are not very clean and the entire vibe of the restaurant is dark and unappealing. The decor is reminiscent of intestines or teeth. Drinks and dessert are way overpriced. I understand that this is a tourist trap but there are so many other restaurants downtown that are leagues better than the cheesecake factory.

The food is really good, the portions are generous, and even though the prices are not super cheap, they are relative to the whole atmosphere there. The staff is really friendly and polite. I know that this place receives a lot of people, but we had to wait almost half an hour after finishing eating to get the check. We were in a big group, so anyway we had time to spare chatting and telling jokes, but that shouldn't happen.

We have been here a few times - always have a bit of a wait and the service was slow. Entrees are average but pricey. Of course the cheesecake is fantastic - but pricey. The last visit I had the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Chicken. Shrimp was good, but not spicy. Chicken was dry. Rice was only warm and beans were cold (so cold I am guessing that was by design). Plantains, pineapple and sauce were all great. My son had sliders. He had to eat them dry because we never got any ketchup. We asked twice but waiter forgot the first time and then never came back until the check.

If I had to recommend one dish, it would be the Chicken Madeira! Literally the best thing ever. They also have the best mashed potatoes I've had. The brown bread they serve when you arrive is so good, I bought 3 whole baguettes from the bakery before leaving!
