Great place great food. It was a little crowded. But I think that's just the nature being in Chicago. I had the peppercorn burger with bacon. It was very delicious. I also had the sweet potato fries.

I probably would have given this place a 3 or maybe even 4 but bad customer service is just a deal-breaker for me! The food is seriously just alright. It's location makes it super convenient and I would probably stop in again for the salad bar purely for convenience if it weren't for the way things went today! My daughter's burger was a bit on the rare side but otherwise fine. The salad bar is phenomenal, though pricey (15.95/person) and we had to ask to have it restocked, it looked like it hadn't been tended to in quite some time. My husband and I ordered a salad bar entree and a burger to split with another salad bar that they offer at half the price along with your entree. The burger was inedible. It tasted like it had been charred on a dirty grill, and oddly one side of it was rare while the other well done. The potato chips that came with it were disgusting. Half of them were cooked to hell like they'd gotten stuck in with a couple rounds through the fryer, while the other half were wet and mushy. You could pull them apart with your hands. That was fine, we just sent it back and decided to stick with the salad bar and declined a replacement. When we got the check we were happy to see they comped it without being asked. However, then charged us for a whole new salad bar entree instead of the add-on for the burger. Kind of ridiculous and just rude customer service. We did not argue it because it wasn't worth disputing the additional $7.50 but the waitress certainly should have assed it the same and not changed our bill. Left a very bad taste in our mouths and we likely wont be back.

Amazing hamburgers! Great place to go to with a date or just fanily. The environment was cozy and their milkshakes are the best!

Great local neighborhood restaurant. Everything on the.menu looked really good. A bit tiny bar but drinks were great.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten!! Great service, the dishes looks beautiful. The vibe in the place is like the 60’-70’. You can see original tickects to woodstock! Also the burger it’s has a special tops, and the bans are delicious. Have to have if you’re in Chicago.
