Warning: the line here is ridiculously long, at times exceeding 2 or 3 hours. HOWEVER, it's well worth the wait. You can put your name down and then hang around in the waiting area or go to some local bars while you wait. That alone makes it pretty convenient, despite the wait. Once you get your food? Oh man, prepared to be amazed. Everything we got was superb, and the toppings they had at the table were delicious as well. We also had one of the best waiters I've ever had. He was incredibly attentive despite the restaurant being so crowded. Overall an awesome time, I definitely recommend it!

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. If you are in Chicago then this is a must visit place! You HAVE to try the Pizza Pot Pie! It is absolutely amazing and to die for. We want to go back just to eat here again. The staff is amazing and take care of you very well! The place is rather small so the wait times can increase very quickly so try and make some time to come here early and get a reservation and I n don't believe that take call ahead reservations it's only once you show up they will seat you as soon as possible. It took about 30 - 40 minutes for a party of two to be seated but again it is well worth your wait. It is an experience I remember every time I think about our trip to Chicago! Must visit this place!!

I was in Chicago for a conference. Oven grinder was recommended by a fellow traveler. Four of us ate for under twenty dollars a piece. We ordered a small salad, Mediterranean bread, and a 1 lbs pizza pot pie. It was more than enough food and it was delicious!! I will dream of that Mediterranean bread forever. Just go! We were 4 very happy customers. Warning: cash only.

We arrived on a Wednesday evening (around 6 pm), and still had to wait for over an hour for a table for 5, which is considered relatively short. It shows how popular this place is after 46 years in business! The food was worth every second of this wait. Pizza-pie is of course the highlight of the menu, but the grinders are amazing (we tried 3 different kinds and all were great) and the Greek salad was awesome. We also had the Mediterranean flat bread that was sooooo good. The quality of the food was very high. The portions are very generous (family size salad is huge, and the half pound pizza pie will certainly fill a hungry adult), and basically none of us finished their meal. There's a full bar and you can wait there for your table. Service was excellent!! The prices are very reasonable.

Unique product - pizza pot pie. Excellent quality. HUGE portions on Mediterranean bread, salads, and other menu items. It takes about 30 minutes to get your pizza order. Server was Fantastic (sorry cant remember his name). Will absolutely go back. A MUST try if you're a local or visiting Chicago.
