Convenient location, friendly staff most times (sometimes there's a cashier that comes off like she doesn't want to be bothered), quick service, clean environment and pretty good food (sandwiches, soups, pastries, salads, etc). They can be a little pricey depending on what you get but really good over all.

NO need to post the hours on the window - they do not adhere to them. It is supposed to be open 6 am to 6pm. I went at 5:20pm and it was CLOSED. Although I am a fan of their soup and bread, I cannot enjoy it if they are not open to purchase. Disappointed :(

Tons of choices. Sandwich spreads are a little on the thick side, so plan your order accordingly. Good customer loyalty program. Readily available nutrition information.
