As consumer you should be given the opportunity to be seated anywhere the restaurant offers seating. I went to patronize your establishment on Friday about 8pm at night, when I got there there was only two center tables available only I asked the waitress if my family and I can be seated on adjacent dining room. The waitress replied saying it was closed for the evening. We patronized your establishedment at least one or twice per month and our favorite spot is in the adjacent dining room. We were bery uncomfortable when we were seated in the Center isle. I asked after about 10 minutes the waitress, why we couldn’t sit there. Her reply was “management told her they can only open the second room when there is no more room.” Meanwhile, two other different families also came in and asked to be seated in the adjacent dining room and both were denied so they left. This is not good customer service. Our ticket adverage is about $75 dollars. That may not be a large amount but times that with the other two families that left your looking at lost revenue and a possibility of one of us returning. I would appreciate a response. Respectfully, David Roman Sr
