Simply the best food, ambiance, and service in the area, staffed by an outstandingly talented team of chefs and wait staff. Since the first visit, we can't stop going back; the menu is consistently amazing and offers staple favorites with seasonal specialties that keep you coming back for more. Michael Corvino is a top-tier chef and creator, and together with Christina - his partner in life and business - have contributed so much to Kansas City's culinary world with this cornerstone establishment. We're mourning the day we leave Kansas City and already plan to make (at least) an annual trip back to enjoy the Supper Club and Tasting Room and visit our Corvino "family".

Oh my god! From ambiance, to service, the food, the presentation and the most beautiful live Jazz - this establishment made last night outstanding! We ordered lots of small plates with our friends and everyone enjoyed every single bite! This was a feast for all human senses!

I visited with a large group during Restaurant Week. Corvino is unique as it is a "family dining" experience where you get several small plates to share with the table. We were really impressed with the majority of our dishes. The service was lacking just a bit, but this can be somewhat understood as we had a large group.

Food was delicious, service was far below expectations. For starters a Tank 7 should not be served in a Chardonnay glass...ever. Pint? Fine. Tulip glass is cool too. But felt like a bit of a scam to serve it in the glass it came in, maybe 6 oz? Our cheese tray seemed to get lost. It finally came out much delayed, with little apology. I then had to point out that we hadn’t ordered the rest of our meal. This wasn’t a case of the staff letting us take our time, they seemed discombobulated. When we asked about a delay in the sea bass we received an abrupt reply rather than an educational explanation. Again the food was all very good. Given other reviews and conversations with friends who have dined there I think we had an unusual experience. Not sure how soon I’ll give it a second chance. Food: 4.5 stars Ambiance: 4.5 stars Service: 0.5 stars

Came for an anniversary dinner. Honestly, it was one of the most enjoyable dinners in a long time. Each dish is packed full of flavor and executed perfectly. One thing to note: the dishes are small. Plan on getting 4-6 plates for 2 people, plus desserts. It's pricey, but well worth it if you appreciate delicious cuisine.
