I ordered French onion soup minus the croutons and the Chicken cutlet with green beans. The soup came and had croutons. I don't like to complain, so i picked the croutons out myself. Then the chicken came. It was a small $3.00 chicken breast and was raw inside. (They charge $19.00 for this.) They microwaved it for me. Then a server dropped a whole tray of food onto my girlfriends back. I wasn't going to go to Adams Rib tonight because I remembered that last time my steak was cold. I like the atmosphere but I will not be back for a very long time.

My husband and I went there for restaurant week last night as I had heard good things but had never been. It didn't disappoint. It is a smaller restaurant but it is very quaint. The gentleman who seated us, our assumption is he was the manager because he was much more than a host, made our experience wonderful from the time it began. Our server was friendly, but the gentleman really went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our meals and had everything we needed. I have worked in the restaurant business for 12 years and his hospitality really stood out. The food was excellent, not rushed but just enough time in between courses to enjoy our meals. My husband had the prime rib which was excellent and cooked to perfection and I chose the crab and shrimp ravioli with lobster and it was very good. The corn bread with cinnamon is superb and so was our experience. Adam's Rib really made our experience awesome and we will definitely be going back!

We had a fantastic waitress names Michelle who was very attentive and funny to boot. The staff was very interactive and kind, they treated you like family even when we were obviously from out of town. Food was delicious! Staff was amazing! Could not have asked forma better experience! The owner was out on the floor making sure we all had what we needed! I loved the small homey feel with the amazing food, outstanding service and environment.
