I've stopped in a couple of times on my way home from work. The owner is sketchy. One time he told me the ice machine was broken so I couldn't get any ice. No big deal, warm pop isn't the end of the world. I went over and it turned out the whole machine was broken and the diet coke was flat. No big deal, I asked if I could just grab a bottle since the machine was broken. He said sure then tried to charge me the difference. I went back a few days later and he told me I didn't have any available rewards on my Subway card. I was pretty sure I did but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I checked later that day and I had $2.00 on my account I could have used. He straight up lied to me. Based on my experience and the posts of others, it looks like the owner is a cheapskate who would rather lie to his customers than accept a perfectly legitimate coupon or rewards credits. There are a bunch of Subways downtown. Go there instead.

Owner and his personnel are very polite, service is good. The wait at the most is 10 minutes on a really busy day. However if you wish to place an order on the bigger side then it's best to call ahead or use the Subway online ordering.

Save time, never go to this location. My experience at this Subway location was beyond unpleasant. 1) the owner cannot run the place by himself during lunch crowd. Many customers commented on this & the owner just mumbled something about minimum wage going up. It should never take 20 minutes to get a sub made. 2) I've eaten in enough other locations to know the portions, & this owner is clearly not following them. 3) The food should be stocked up before lunch rush, not during lunch rush. Also, I believe there is protocol for sealing refrigerated items to prevent contamination/spoiling. 4) Serve 1 customer at a time. A customer should not have to wait for his item to be placed in a plastic bag with napkins after he's paid, as the owner serves other people after him in line. This also helps owner hear order and make item correctly instead of putting items on sub customer specifically asked not to have. 5) If you are loosing your franchise do to numerous customer complaints about extremely poor service, put a sign on the door so people know that Subway standards are not being followed, Subway coupons not accepted etc.

It's clean and well run. You'll get as good a sandwich here as you can get at a Subway.
