As far as chain restaurants go this is a great location. Extremely clean, the staff are awesome and of course they have great food. The chicken and waffles are a new item and extremely good. The head chef came out randomly and asked how the food was. Very satisfied with my visit here.

We celebrated my daughter's 26th birthday. We were a large party. They gave us to a new waitress with no help. She did the best she could. But got flustered easily

Bobby the manager, after being super rude to someone else at my table... yelled into the bathroom at our server about how terrible the table was, told the waitress to get us out of the restaurant and that she wasn’t going to comp the messed up food because she was mad. She was going to begrudgingly give a tiny discount and that was all. I was also in the bathroom... but how could she know that? Offended by her rudeness, and wanting to ensure this didn’t happen to any other guests, I asked to speak to the manager myself. I explained that I heard her, and asked her to not talk about her customers like that... at least not in the bathroom. It was hurtful. She yelled at me, about how it our fault that she behaved that way. I apologiesed for my brother’s possibly not perfect tone with her... and explained that we had just come from my grandma’s funeral. We were all a little emotionally raw. Her response was that she didn’t care, and then continued to yell at me. I was very nice, she was very not. While we waited for the situation to get resolved (which took forever because the Bobby manager refused to help) we were subjected to listening to her complain about how terrible we are... and repeatedly heard her screaming “are they effing gone yet” and “I hate that effing table”. Thankfully we are from out of town... because As much as I like chili’s, and as actually great as our waitress was... I would rather eat my own toenails then be subjected to that manager again. She clearly is not happy working in the service industry, and as a result she made a VERY hard day even harder.

For the most part, Chili's is always great. There has been the occasional event where our server was not great or distracted.. I don't know which, but it doesn't happen often enough for me to believe the "service isn't good". There are a few girls in the bar area that always remember my girlfriend and I and treat us so well! The food is great, if you like what Chili's offers... Their twist on Chicken and Waffles is the cat's pajamas. Enroll in the Plenti program for free chips & salsa and a free drink. I especially like the Chicken Tortilla Soup and the Turkey Burgers from Chili's. But that's just me!

The waitress came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered a drink and she ran off.We wanted to order appetizers, but she was gone. When she returned with drinks , she asked if we knew what we wanted, we ordered food, she started to leave before we could order appetizers but again she started to leave,we finally did get them ordered, but when they came they were burnt, no plates to eat from. No napkins. When we said they were burnt she replied i'm sorry, but then ran off, yet again. When the food came it was not only raw but not all of the elements were there. Another waitress noticed we looked unhappy and came to help. She alerted the manager, whom seemed upset that we took him away from his play time with his employees in the back room whom we could hear laughing loudly. He did comp the burnt food and raw food. But as we were leaving he glared straight into my eyes. As if i had done something wrong. I felt as though our presence was a burden to him. i will never eat there again.
