Pho MeKha has a full menu and full bar. Traditional, authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a cozy, friendly environment. The portions are huge for a very reasonable price. High quality, beautifully crafted food. Cleanly defined, nicely blended flavors. Recommend the #19 and the salted kumquat soda.

Have tried this place twice now, once to go which was amazing! And this time had it there, was amazing both time! Got the vegetarian pho, and fried spring rolls, don’t sure it gets any better then what they had there, then to top it off, they brought out our toddler the cutest princess cup and brown to eat her pho from! Make it fun for her as well, not just another white glass plate, I would highly recommend trying this place out! Being we are moving here we definitely found out new spot!

One of my favorite spots for soup in the city. Everything I’ve had there I have really enjoyed. They even have a full bar, which is nice for the off chance I’m there at night.

The noodle soup options here are all super good and different than anywhere else in Portland. Love all the condiments! The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful and polite staff, delicious food and nice calm atmosphere. I would come here again. Decent prices and everything tastes fresh. Side note: there's a shop next door that sells Asian products. I don't know the correct word, pardon my ignorance. But their sweet drinks are delicious.
