Great to go service!! Excellent wait staff with a lot of knowledge on the menu. Prices are great food is great service is great! Inside it has a nice mellow laid-back atmosphere. And the walls are covered with Portland Art. They took those done within 15 minutes and it looked just as well and good to go as it didn't work on the platter inside the restaurant. I don't like hot items so I subtracted a few things off the entree and they had no problem with it. Go take your order and make it just the way you like it. I give this a two thumbs up and I'll be back in soon! Thanks Applebee's for making Portland exemplary

This was yummy all around. They have the best spinach dip! The food was seasoned to perfection as well as savory. My veggie burger tastes really good and everything else was mouth watering. Out host was so funny and down to earth. He was mellow and paid close attention to us. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

So, on a whim, my daughter and I had gone to Applebee’s for dinner. After we placed our order, we had waited 45 minutes before our food came. And the table next to us, who ordered after we did, got their plates 5 minutes prior to us. The woman said her food was cold and asked for it to be remade. When we FINALLY got ours, my steak was cold with the shrimp and cheese congealed on top, so I felt it, along with the green beans and broccoli and they were straight up cold, as was my daughter’s side of broccoli. I went over to the lady who delivered our food (who wasn’t even our waitress...the waiter who was ours just kept walking back and forth asking how people were doing but not paying much attention to how long we were waiting) and told her that our food was cold and could I just get the check for our drinks. Our waiter then went to the lady and asked her what was going on and she told him and then he said “go get the manager”. After another 10 minutes of waiting, the manager came over and told us our drinks were covered and said sorry and then walked off. Didn’t even say anything about making it right other than the drinks (which I had hot tea that I barely touched and my daughter had only drank half of her mango lemonade). So, this was at the Lloyd Center location. To give more context, they were moderately, but not overly, busy. I have been there when they were slammed and I had received better service there than I did tonight. They also had quite a few waiters and waitresses working tonight, so it wasn’t due to being short staffed. So, I do not ever plan on going back! That was the worst service I have ever gotten and seeing that we weren’t the only table with cold food isn’t a good sign. If I was a State Inspector coming in to inspect, cold plates of food would be a ding for sure! And I don’t think it was the cook. I believe it was our waiter not paying attention to when orders were served up by the kitchen.

Good filling food. Good attentive staff. Just wish they had a bigger selection of draft beers and liquor. The selection for alcohol is skimpy.

Great place to spend time with family and friends and have a nice sit down meal. The staff is great including their wonderful bartender Jeff! He is so amazing and friendly. Always a smiling face. Will definitely be visiting more
