Terrible service all around! From the moment we walked in the door, the host was unfriendly and the waitress, once she finally got to our table, was rude and distasteful, while neglecting to bring or put in half of our order! Waited over an half hour to only receive a portion of our order. Truly ridiculous! The waitress Miranda was extremely nonchalant about not placing our complete order. Constantly repeated “.. I said I forgot..” as if she did not understand the issue at hand. After this we got up and left to the screaming and yelling of our waitress who claimed we wanted to leave without paying for the drinks we luckily received. By far the worst experience I have had at this restaurant. Been coming for years but this will be my last time. Only pleasant part of this experience was the Manager who covered the cost of our drinks. He was extremely apologetic and seemed to understand our issues with the services.

The only reason I think anyone could say the service is good here is if they were drunk, passed out, and woken up more than an hour after the food was ordered. That was how long I waited for a simple meal that should've taken no more than 15 minutes, even on a busy night. This isn't the waitress's fault, I believe, but the cook staff's. Basically, even one star is a gift, and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

This is quite possibly one of the worst Fridays locations I've ever been to. I went to Fridays on a Friday and the bar service was terrible. It took twenty minutes to get drinks after ordering. My table wanted to order a second round of drinks but did not want to endure the wait. The manager informed my table that there was only one bartender serving the area which made no sense. Once questioned on the appropriateness of the set up, he informed the table that it was his first week and he didn't know how to help.

Food was good but the service was better. Crystal is the best. The best bartender you have.... She deserves a raise. I will only come when she's working because she makes waiting 45 min to an hour for food worth the wait ☺

The menu selection wasn't exactly exciting, so most of us ordered cheeseburgers. These were tasty and made to order. I got mine rare and it was juicy and delicious. Two of our cheesesticks were only empty breading, so the waitress gave us another partial order. Even though the place was busy, the service was good, but not great. I just don't like these cookie-cutter chain restaurants.
