When we arrived it was a line. No problem until I see the cashier on his cellphone. I asked him "can we eat please"? After that we ate so much pizza... I was stuffed. I didn't think about the rude cashier anymore. Before this visit I hadn't been here in a while. But overall the pizza was great.. Salad bar wasn't good but they have cinnamon rolls that was amazing...

Thanks the prices are very low and the crew is very friendly. Will come back many times. BTW, this place is great for groups. We use to bring in a group and get the senior citizen discount. The food was always fresh and and tasted delicious. Thanks.

I love CiCi's... Clean and friendly atmosphere and plenty for the kids to do. Love love LOVE the buffet style and the pricing is pretty fair. Come hungry though, you'll enjoy. :)

For the price and the buffet, you can't beat CiCi's. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and work very hard to provide fresh ingredients and keep them Buffet stocked with pizza all day long. It's a great place to go with friends and large groups.

First of all, I love Cici's Pizza. I have been going the the Bartlett location since I was a little girl. I visited the Poplar and Highland location today and was severely disappointed. The bathroom smelled strongly of weed and there was absolutely no pizza on the buffet. I understand that I visited at a busy time of day, but there is absolutely no excuse for there not to be a single pizza on the buffet. Children were roaming around unsupervised and there were multiple vacant dirty tables. I chose to leave and drive 20 minutes to the Bartlett location. I highly suggest that management reevaluate the Highland and Poplar location because I have had nothing but problems every time I visit.
