Normally I wouldn't come home and immediately go to my laptop to write a review of a fast food restaurant. However, exceptionally bad/rude customer service will make me do it every time. I've posted this on Yelp & here on Google. My sons and I stopped in for lunch today, and Jessica was our cashier. At first, everything was fine, but then about 12-13 minutes went by and we were still waiting for our food. When they finally called my name I saw that Jessica had shorted us one Frosty. No big deal, I thought, so I went to the counter and brought it to her attention. She said they'd "get that right out there for me", but I stood to the side and waited. And waited. And waited. I waited still as Jessica proceeded to make sure she clarified the Frosty order for the teenagers she'd just taken an order from, THEN, waited still as she proceeded to prepare THEIR Frostys while I was still standing there, waiting for her to fix her mistake, my food on the table. Since she was ignoring me, I told a male worker to came to the register to deliver some food to a tray that I was still waiting for my Frosty. Jessica overheard, apparently was irritated with me, then grabbed a cup, slopped a half liquid Frosty in it, and shoved it at me with no lid, and said "HERE!!!". She'd taken the time to put lids on the two teen girls' Frostys, I'd noticed, just not mine, as I had apparently displeased her. Jessica, and Jessica's Manager, this is NOT how you correct a mistake you've made with a customer's order. Not even close. Other than that, the food was just "okay"...mine, anyway. I got a salad and for a fast food salad, it is what it is. My boys got combo burger meals, and the tops of their hamburger buns were burnt, I noticed.

This is the best location by far I have ever ate at! Also the busiest location, yet I still got my food super fast. We had some special requests for our order and the manager came and took care us, he was very professional and has great customer service skills. We will definitely be returning.

Not sure if there was a problem with the mix, but my green tea tasted soapy and so did my salad. I've always bought stuff from Wendy's and enjoyed it. I guess I should have bought a sandwich. Oh well.
