The food is good, but they never asked if I wanted more fries, bottomless fries, and never asked if I wanted a refill of my water. They see my food is gone, asked if I'm interested in dessert...not wanting dessert, she runs to get the check before I can say anything else. It's just games that I don't like. Offer me the opportunity for more drink or fries before assuming the meal is done.

Food was okay, but not for the price. We all ordered their burgers and were supposed to be given "endless" fries.. yeah never saw those. Couldn't get refills on our drinks either. Went on a Thursday early afternoon... they weren't busy and service was still awful. Won't be back. I have made better burgers at home.

Great dinning experience, my family, which is 8 strong had dinner here this past Saturday evening. Even with a large group arriving at peak time only had about a 15 minute Waite to get a table. The wait staff was friendly & courteous. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was for the most part really good. Can't Thank Steve the manager enough. My wife left her purse hangi g on the back of the chair when we left. Not realizing that she had left it unlit after closing, I took a chance and called anyway. Steve was kind enough to secure the purse and after having me describe it's look & a few of it's contents, waited for me to drive back to the restaurant and pick up my wife's purse! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS Y'LL ROCK!!!!!!!

Staff very friendly and attentive! The whiskey river BBQ was pretty good, although I must say that the burgers aren't what I remember. I feel like in an attempt to are variety to the menu they lost the quality from years ago when I first came to RR. Their unlimited fries are good steak fries, seasoning on the table and some good dipping sauce. I would say you get what you pay for but I expect more from a $12 burger, I would have been more disappointed had I gotten the premium $15 burger if it's at all similar to the former. Additionally I was seated in a broken booth, which is just careless on managements part for feeling that it's not broken enough to fix... Well I'd like to see one of these managers sit in that seat for an hour.

Good hamburger. Shakes and onion rings. Service was a little slow upon arrival. The hamburger are much smaller at this one but we had fun.
