Took over 15 minutes to get a single burger and 2 tacos in drive through and we were at front of line. Employees were friendly but seemed uninterested in getting anything done quickly. No ice for drinks, and had to go inside building to pickup food because they couldn't get it ready fast enough for drive through and made us wait in parking lot. No AC inside either. Burger was cold by the time we got it.

I never write reviews but today I have to. We came in an from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Keep in mind that there were only 2 people in the back. The cashier and the cook. they took my order and emediatly started working on it. Yes my food took some time to make but nothing outrageous. Not only was the cashier nice enough to bring it to my table when she was busy and helping other customers she did it with a smile. My food tasted great hot and fresh. I have to say that considering that there were only 2 people working they did an amazing job. My only question is WHY only 2 people during a dinner rush. Whoever is in charge of the schedule needs to take another look at it. Otherwise you may lose those 2 people and that would be a shame.

Horrible service! Horrible food. I honestly cannot believe this location is still open. I understand the workers are only making $7.75 an hour (this coming from the manager) but come on. You still have to do your job and to it right. I will never go back here!

I came here yesterday and ordered a Buttery Jack Original Combo listed on the menu for $6.99. The cashier asked my if I want medium or large (for the fries and drink). I said medium. It came out to over $8 and I made a comment about it. After I paid she run to the back without a word and got busy there, leaving me without receipt. So I just grabbed it from the register and there I saw they charged me over $7 + taxes. So I asked about it and it turned out the prices on the menu are for small size and I ordered medium size. The Lady who took my order never mentioned small. That is a mean way to trick people into buying more than they want. At least they gave me a dessert for free. The burger was ok, the salad leaf on it was wilted and brown, so I had to pull it out. I will not go back there.

Straight up, this is my go to place to grab a quick bite when I'm in a hurry. Staff are almost always nice. Price is Jack in the Box, so cheap. But early mornings, and drive time afternoons, this place is slow. Often there's only one person working the drive through and the front counter, and I'd bet, only one in the back cooking and making meals
