Food is WAY OVER RATED and prices are WAY TOO HIGH! The fajitas & tortillas are good/OK but the enchiladas have a ranchero sauce, which is not typical enchilada sauce, and I just despise it! ANY "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant has WAY BETTER FOOD! Plus there's always a ridiculous wait to be seated. It's just popular with visitors & locals who really don't know any better. Service lacks too, especially for larger parties.

The adult beverages were very good for the price, but we had to ask multiple times to receive cream with wife's coffee. The Bob Armstrong dip served with chips and tortillas was amazing, but the actual signature dinners #1, #3 and flauta plate weren't very tasty. Each of us only ate part of our plates, none of us were impressed and no one had any interest in taking leftovers home. That being said, we would go back for just apps and drinks, but we won't order plates again.

Alamo Cafe is always pretty tasty. The service is quick and my order is hot and accurate. The tortillas are good as well. I'll surely dine in again soon.

Good food. Fast /friendly service. I eat there at least once a month. Table salsa is too mild and soupy for my taste. But you can request other sauces to doctor it up.

I was at a conference and needed a place to grab lunch. I called ahead and food was ready when I arrived. The place was so busy! Food I received was hot and packaged well. A plus was the chips and salsa. Everything was really good including their tortillas. I had their tortilla soup. Parking wasn't easy considering it's off a freeway. Will definitely be back if in the neighborhood.
