Bad food and expensive. No wonder there is no line up on the weekend. When there for dim sum, they are pricey. I am ok with the price, but the food is very bad. Five people spent about $200 for terrible dim sum. Suggestion: Look like they don’t care about customer eating dim sum as about 50% of the tables were eating expensive seafood items. Stop serving dim sum and just serve regular dinner menu items which more for the Northern Chinese. Service is OK.

Did dine out last night. Restaurant was not promoting the dine out menu as we have to ask for it. First impression, not a welcoming atmosphere by staff. Not friendly attitude and can’t be bothered with customers, cold reception. Soup came but salad came after main course. Try to remove our plate without asking as we were still enjoying our food. No manners at all nor respect for customers. Can get same taste of food at other friendly restaurants. Not worth it regardless how good the food is as it was a cold service

Price is little bit expensive for Yum Cha, but great service and environment !~ The food quality was pretty good !~

Overpriced. Check. Poor service. Check. Awful food. Check. Poor environment. Check. This restaurant puts a shame to the scrumptious Cantonese cuisine, while simultaneously shaming the Vancouver food culture. It's also interesting that it has "Japanese" food, "Szechuan" food, "Hunan" food, and "Taiwan" food mixed in there, while failing miserably in all areas.

Food is excellent. Service is a bit cold, so if you're feelings bruise easily, I would go somewhere else. 4 stars not 5 because the prices are sky high.
