Stopped by for take out. When I got home there was no sauce with my meal. I called them right away. The manager who said her name was Yolanda said she would give me a $5 credit. How will that get me the sauce for my meal?? Then she offered to have a new meal delivered to my house in 30-45 minutes. How does that feed me when I am hungry now? (Which is why I bought the food when I did!) Then I said I will accept a $10 credit. She would not do it. I asked for their head office phone number. She gave it. I called. Their office was closed. Shittiest customer service I have ever received. I will never go back to that location!

I am giving the ONE STAR to the cooks in the restaurant. I had chicken from this restaurant and ended up with food poisoning the next day. Worst place to ever eat from. My grandmother on another occasion has also got food poisoning from the chicken. The only thing that is good here is the warm service from the servers as they are welcoming and very friendly. If you do take the chance and eat here, MAKE SURE TO CHECK IF THE CHICKEN IS COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I highly do not recommend eating from here.

The service and food was excellent. The fries were fresh and hot, which is important to me. The waitress (Cheryl) forgot our extra chalet sauce and when she did bring it to our table, she have us an extra sauce. Lots of parking and they also offer drive thru service.

One word "Tracey". I absolutely love this location. If you are looking for comfort food and amazing service, this Swiss Chalet is all that and more. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always busy .... but i have never had to wait. I absolutely enjoy going ... this is my favorite comfort food place. :)

check on getting your delivery orders right … ordered 1/4 white-got dark & the chicken seems to be getting smaller in size…only use this location because of proximity to home … recommend the one at the intersection of Britannia & McLaughin … fairer portions & much nicer staff
