Compared to most McDonalds in the city this is one of the better ones. They have 4 of the self serve kiosks and two registers. Location is pretty clean and staff are polite. They have a Play Place for children, outdoor patio for the warmer months and parking is available. One poor experience was when I went to use the bathroom at the end of my visit and got yelled at by an older lady who was cleaning it. There wasn't a sign on the door indicating that it was closed. Ended up having to walk to Gerrard Square mall for the bathroom.

Pleasant, quick service, affordable meals and drinks. Great food, excellent service, comfortable atmosphere. This place is amazing! The servers are great, the food is excellent,Love this place.Fantastic restaurant. I've been coming here for a while now mostly for brunch and food and service are consistently great.

They need to be more aware of the people they allow into the washrooms, it's not a place for people to do drugs and fix bikes. Management also needs to check the play place more often. My son has gotten scratched twice now and that shouldn't be happening. Some of the employees need to learn to smile ☺ smiles make the experience better.

The service is usually great here, unless you have vision problem. You know what you are going to order because the menu screens are hard to read (font size too small). This is a problem at all that use electronic screens that change frequently.

This Mc Donald’s use to be near the front entrance to Gerrard square, but was moved to make room for more parking. I’m surprised to see how many customers come in and out it’s always jammed. My food came relatively quick and was correct. Beware going here on weekends between noon to 4 in the afternoon, it’s crammed with people almost to the point of not being able to get in.
